Full terms and conditions of the free prize draw

By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Ground-Guards Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The prize draw is open only to entrants aged 18 or over, who reside within the UK and Ireland.
2. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.
4. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to Enter

1. The prize draw is open to individuals who share a photo of themselves with the GroundGuards summer survival kit and use the hashtag #GroundGuardsGummerReady on social media.
2. Entries must be posted by 11:59 PM on 29th September 2024. Entries posted after this time will not be included in the draw.
3. Ground-Guards Ltd will not accept responsibility for entries that are incomplete or not visible due to privacy settings or incorrect hashtag usage.

The Prize

1. There are five prizes, each consisting of a GroundGuards umbrella.
2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
3. Ground-Guards Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control necessitate it.
4. The decision of Ground-Guards Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Announcement

1. Winners will be selected at random and announced on 30th September 2024.
2. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter the draw.
3. Ground-Guards Ltd will attempt to contact each winner up to two times. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the second message, they will forfeit their prize, and Ground-Guards Ltd reserves the right to select a new winner.

Receipt of the Prize

1. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of the winner’s confirmation of their postal address.
2. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made by mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By entering the prize draw, you consent to the use of any personal information provided in accordance with Ground-Guards Ltd’s privacy notice, for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
2. Winners’ first names and place of work (if applicable) may be announced via Ground-Guards Ltd’s social media channels.
3. All entrants may request details of the winning participants by contacting Ground-Guards Ltd, Rudgate, Walton, Leeds, LS23 7AU.

Limitation of Liability

1. Ground-Guards Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
2. Ground-Guards Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize.

General

1. 1. Ground-Guards Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
